- We offer 12 comfortable, high-standard rooms for 2 and 4 people. Each of them is equipped with its own bathroom, individually controlled air conditioning and a TV set.
- The apartments are located in a quiet area of Augustów, in the picturesque scenery of Lake Necko with its own port and beach. These modernly furnished apartments are located in guarded, gated buildings with quiet lifts. Bicycles, pedal boats and kayaks can be rented on site. The surrounding area offers good conditions for a variety of active leisure activities, including water skiing, horse riding, fishing and cycling. There is also the Róża Wiatrów Restaurant on the premises. The building is wheelchair accessible. Small pets are welcome. Paid, guarded car park.
- The property is pet-friendly, however, due to the need for special room cleaning, a fee of: room - PLN 50/per pet/per day, apartament - PLN 200/per pet/ single payment applies. The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage and pollution caused by his animal and is obliged to cover the costs of all damage. The animal must remain under the supervision of the Owner during the entire stay on the premises.
